Judge Dismisses Safechuck’s Lawsuit

An American judge has again dismissed the lawsuit that Jimmy Safechuck has brought against two of Michael Jackson’s companies, MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures. Safechuck claims that these two companies of Michael’s, allowed him to be abused when he was ten years old.

The judge has now dismissed the case saying that neither company had a duty of care for Safechuck.

Howard Weitzman and Jonathan Steinsapir who were representing MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures, told the BBC:

“We are pleased that the court agreed that Mr Safechuck had no grounds to pursue his lawsuit.”
