Defense To Show T.I.I.

A motion filed in court in Los Angeles on Tuesday says the recording of Michael as he announced his ‘This Is It’ concerts would show his mental and physical condition as of March 2009. The motion says the footage supports the anticipated testimony of Michael’s makeup artist Karen Faye that the he was furious when he learned he would have to do fifty shows.

Lawyers for defendant Conrad Murray allege Michael was not physically able to take on such a commitment.
