On November 13th in the USA Steve Harvey was the guest on a growing popular talk program called the ‘Ellen’ show.
As with most talk shows Steve was not the only guest and it was a perfect time for Steve to promote his upcoming movie as well as his new clothing line, but much to everyone’s surprise, Steve spent his entire slot time speaking about Michael!
Below are extracts taken from what Steve had to say;
ELLEN – I can’t believe you went and you hosted Michael Jackson’s Birthday Party?
HARVEY – Oh yea, y’know, I mean I’m good friends with Michael and ah I hosted his 45th birthday party
ELLEN – What was that like?
HARVEY – I mean it’s, it was exciting for me, see, I like Michael Jackson. Mike is really a nice guy you know!
ELLEN – I like him, no listen, I grew up loving Michael Jackson and I, ya know. I’d love him, I’d love him to come sit down on the show and See, because ‘you’ have a lot of money mister and you’re very real and, and you can talk and it’s a conversation and you know….
HARVEY – But see I keep people at bay, Michael’s too nice, Michael needs to implement ‘cussing’ into his program. (Audience laughter) just let me hear Mike just cuss just one time, just tell somebody, just cuss, I don’t know.
ELLEN – Well, I’m telling you what, next time you come back we’ll talk about your clothing line and the movie when it comes out, come back.
HARVEY – Love to, I love your show, you’re a great person
ELLEN – Steve Harvey’s Big Time airs Thursday’s on the WB at 8:00
