DVD Technology

One of the forthcoming releases by Michael may be a video release on DVD. In an article on the sale of DVD at Virgin music stores, Garry Blackman, Virgin’s senior product manager, is quoted as saying;

“The biggest sales are feature films, but music on DVD has got a fantastic future,” he says, “pointing to forthcoming releases by the likes of Oasis, Michael Jackson and the Spice Girls’ Spiceworld.”

Among other music stores to stock DVD is Tower, Dixons, and Currys. DVD is a new technology, which records audio and video on CD-like discs.
