Jermaine Jackson was interviewed at his home Hayvenhurst, Encino, Los Angeles. He spoke about the planned Jacksons’ album.
The album is well past the planning stage, according to Jermaine; “Things are in place and right now we are looking for the right chemistry, those 12 or 14 songs which are going to shock the world. That’s the challenge!” Jermaine said.
Jermaine made it clear that Michael will join the line up, in an interview for Channel 4’s Disco Top Ten on Saturday evening. The show will be screened as part of the channel’s themed evening, Disco Inferno, when viewers can phone in to select their all time favourite videos.
Disco Top Ten producer John Quinn says, “They’re obviously planning something pretty major. They last performed together a very long time ago, and they must be aware of the standards set by Michael Jackson during the 80’s and 90’s with spectacular visuals and enormous stage sets”.
Other gems Jermaine hinted at were, that the Jacksons may appear as ‘The Jackson 6’, if Randy joins them. The line up WILL include Michael and there will be a series of reunion concerts. All will be revealed in an exclusive interview during Disco Inferno, including a press release.
The last time all the brothers were together was last year, when they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
