The Secret Tapers Must Pay

The owner of the private jet company, who set up secret cameras to videotape Michael and his lawyers discussing his case as they flew to surrender to authorities in Santa Barbara, wants a judge to decide the amount of punitive damages he should pay to Michael, without hearing evidence from witnesses testifying to his financial worth.

Currently the judge has heard testimony in the $2million lawsuit, but has made no ruling on it as yet.
