The Coronavirus has devastated the world in so many ways. For theater lovers and those involved in the entertainment world; their lives have been paused, like many, for an unknown amount of time.
Playbill announced today that Broadway in New York will continue to be closed over the summer, with the aim to reopen some shows in September. As with many timelines, it’s always subject to change.
Due to this shutdown, that started in March, ‘MJ The Musical,’ announced last year by Michael’s Estate, which was due to premiere in July, will now arrive on Broadway on March 8, 2021.
If you’ve already purchased tickets, refunds or to change your ticket will be available from your point of purchase. Tickets for March are now available to purchase here.
