Jones To Conduct Orchestra Of Michael Music
Producer Quincy Jones, is to conduct a one-off show at London’s O2 Arena of the Michael Jackson’s albums he worked on; ‘Off The Wall,’ ‘Thriller’ and ‘Bad’. It will be held on June 23rd, just days before the 10th anniversary of Michael’s passing.
The Symphony Orchestra will be performing the songs back to back.
Special guest vocalists are still to be announced for the show and there will be never-before-seen footage shown about the making of each album.
A pre-sale for O2 Priority opens on Wednesday, February 13th at 9.00a.m.
Ticketmaster pre-sale is Thursday, February 14th at 9.00a.m.
General tickets will be available from Friday, February 15th at 9.00a.m.
Jones said of the show; “It’s an absolute dream to present this music live, so I hope you’ll come join me for a hang-thang! It’s time to rock wit y’awl!”
