TJ Temporary Guardian For Children

Guardianship of Michael’s three children was temporarily taken away from Mrs Katherine Jackson, as she was absent from them for a considerable length of time, with no contact.

Michael’s nephew, TJ Jackson, was given temporary guardianship of them until August 22nd 2012. He was advised by the judge to apply immediately for permanent guardianship.

The judge said that they were not taken away from Mrs Jackson through any fault of her own, but because she was absent and not able to care for them, because of external actions by third parties.

The judge stated that Diana Ross and Debbie Rowe must be advised of his decision.
