Joe Jackson’s Wrongful Death Suit Refused

Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, has had his wrongful death suit against AEG, thrown out, by a Judge in Los Angeles today. Joe filed his suit after Katherine had filed on her own behalf and on behalf of Michael’s three children.

The judge ruled that Katherine filed first, and only one suit alleging the same thing can go forward at any time. It is not clear why Joe Jackson did not join Katherine’s suit when she filed it. It is also not clear if she will allow him now to join her suit.
