Cirque Adds Chicago Dates

Cirque Du Soleil’s Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour has added two more dates for Chicago, at the United Center on July 20th and 21st 2012.  Ticket prices will range from $50.00 to $250.00 and will go on sale on September 12th, but Cirque Members can buy immediately.

The extravaganza is written and directed by Jamie King, and features a show within a magical realm centered on Michael’s ‘Giving Tree’ at Neverland.

The show opens in Montreal in October and is due in Las Vegas for about a month in December.

This is the first of two shows about Michael.

The first touring show will have the choreography and the music and will include images of Michael. The Second show will be a long-term installation at the Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel in Las Vegas and it  will be more of a traditionally theatrical Cirque production show.

Both have been authorised by and produced in partnership with Michael’s Estate.
