Ellie Rubin, on a journey to London, read in Rolling Stone that Michael was one of “The 100 Greatest Artists Of All Time,” and as the anniversary of his death was approaching, she decided to do some research to see what she could find out about him.
The essay she wrote is entitled; Michael Jackson Is One Of Rolling Stones Top 100 Greatest Artists of All Time, BUT…
The result of that research is mostly correct, apart from some minor errors. She discovered that his childhood was the stuff of children’s nightmares, that his work ethic was ingrained in him and that there was a real dark side to his life. Yet she also learned that he was the ultimate philanthropist, giving massively to charities, the ultimate artist, with many dozens of awards, and was the most successful artist known to man!
