Armed Guards For Videos

Conrad Murray has filed a motion in court to have access to all of Michael’s videos from his rehearsals for his ‘This Is It” concerts. He hopes by doing this, that they will show that Michael was in poor health and was in a frail condition, perhaps proving that he was not responsible for his death.

Sony is fighting the motion as there are so many videos that it will take months to collate and copy them and will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Sony has reported that the tapes are so top secret that they were carried in an unmarked truck, with armed guards, to Sony’s Culver City Studios, at the dead of night.

Both sides are due in court in Los Angeles on Thursday in a bid to resolve the dispute.
