Joe Jackson Loses Appeal

Joe Jackson’s appeal against the executors of Michael’s Estate and his own non-inclusion in the processing of Michael’s will was heard in the Second District Court of Appeal. The Court ruled that Mr Jackson has no standing to intervene in his son’s Estate, as he was not named as a beneficiary. It was also decided that he must pay court costs for the attorneys who responded to his lawsuit.

Howard Weitzman stated that he was pleased with the result, but not surprised by it.
