As a young schoolboy on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ two years ago, singing ‘Who’s Lovin’ You,’ Shaheen Jafargholi could have had no idea what his future would bring.
After Michael died he was invited by the Jackson family to perform the song at Michael’s memorial at the Los Angeles Staples Centre. He did a wonderful job, and came to the attention of the entire world.
Since then, and between attending Dylan Thomas Community School in Swansea, Wales, Shaheen has recorded his first album, from which he will release a double A-side single with the tracks ‘Last Train Home’ and ’Hip Teens.’ His album is titled ‘When I Come Of Age’, and will be released on November 22nd. It was recorded in London, but he also spent some time on it in Los Angeles.
Shaheen has been extremely busy, but his school work was hardly affected while he worked in holiday times. He also has his own fly-on-the-wall show on YouTube, called ‘The Real Shaheen.’
