Tohme Tohme Wants Financial Records

An ex-manager of Michael’s, Tohme Tohme, is seeking detailed financial records from Michael’s Estate, arguing that the sealing of the documents could prevent him and other creditors from being paid. He is claiming that he is entitled to at least $2.3 million from the estate.

In a court filing Tuesday, Tohme’s attorneys argued that he and other creditors should have access to un-redacted copies of a reportwhich was filed last week by Estate administrators on Michael’s post-death finances.

Tohme’s motion seeks access to revenue, expense and profit information that is not publicly available.

Michael’s Estate attorney, Howard Weitzman, had not seen the motion and says he could not immediately comment.
