On Sunday, August 15th Michael was inducted into the National Museum of Dance Hall Of Fame making him the first dancer for the world of Pop and Rock’N’Roll to achieve that honour.
His brother Marlon accepted the honour on Michael’s behalf, saying; “I’m proud of him for what he accomplished in his life. That he’s being recognized for his ability, his musical ability and dance ability, makes me feel good inside.”
The previous evening there was a Gala Tribute to Michael where they showed his videos and dance tributes which included one from Martin and Facundo Lombard, to the delight of the audience.
