Raymone Bain’s Claim Denied

As we reported to you on April 20th, Raymone Bain signed a release document on December 27th, 2007, accepting a payment of $488,820.05 in respect of full and final payment of any money owed to her by Michael for her services to him. After being told by the Estate that her claim for $44 million would not be paid, she filed a lawsuit which has been considered by Judge James Robertson in a New York Court. He decided that Ms. Bain’s lawsuit had no merit and she was not entitled to be paid anything further from Michael’s estate and her case was dismissed by the judge
