Allgood Want $300 Million

Allgood Entertainment alleges that Michael’s agent signed an agreement for Michael to join his brothers in a concert, but instead signed with AEG to do fifty solo concerts.

There was an original lawsuit filed in September 2009, but this new one was filed on February 19th and is for $300 million. It is a creditors claim and they are demanding a share of the profits from the ‘This Is It’ documentary film. In the suit, Michael and his agent Frank Dileo are accused of pulling out of Allgood’s planned Jackson 5 show to “secretly team up with AEG (Live) to produce a concert or series of concerts in London.” However, Howard Weitzman, acting in court for the Estate has told TMZ he plans to fight the allegations, insisting; “AllGood’s creditor’s claim and its underlying lawsuit are frivolous and wholly without merit.”
