Pirated CDs

Police officers were acting on a tip off from a member of the public when they raided Indian Sweets and Snacks, Videos and Spices, a store in Manurewa, New Zealand. They seized twenty Michael and Eminem CDs, plus a computer with disc burning capabilities. A member of the public reported the shop to the Recording Industry Association in July.

Investigators later visited the store and bought pirated copies of ‘Thriller’ and ‘Bad’ amongst others.
