Beverley Knight’s Praises Michael

Soul singer Beverley Knight has praised Michael for helping black artists everywhere. “Everyone loved Michael,” the singer told PRS For Music magazine.

“What he did for black artists specifically was get us on the bloody television! Before him you never saw us. He was the first black artist that truly crossed over and transcended race.”
