‘Bad’ Subway Station

Michael’s superb ‘Bad’ video was shot in a real Brooklyn Subway station, called Hoyt Schermerhorn. Now councilwoman Letitia James would like a plaque placed at the station to commemorate Michael or, have the name ‘Jackson’ added to the station’s name.

Kevin Ortiz, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said that it is unlikely to happen as the MTA prohibits station plaques, However, the agency is developing station naming-rights guidelines.

Ms James will not be deterred and is planning a petition drive.
