Prince’s Lawsuit “Just Business”

Sheik Abdullah-bib-Hamid-al-Khalifa, the second son of the Sheikh of Bahrein, has told ‘The Times’ that he invited Michael and his family to Bahrein for a year following his acquittal. During this time they began ‘Two Seas Records’, with a view to releasing a charity single for the Katrina hurricane victims. The single was unfortunately never released.

In 2007, the Sheik filed a lawsuit against Michael to recover some of the funds that he had invested. “All I will say is that Michael is a dear friend,” says Sheikh Abdullah. “It is a business problem. It is not personal. But let me tell you: Michael is not at all weird or bizarre. He is one of the most down to earth, sweetest guys I’ve ever met.”
