Michael again looked confident as he attended court, wearing a black suit, red shirt and white waist coat.
The process of reducing the prospective jurors continued.
At the end of the day, and ahead of schedule, the court reduced the number of possible jurors to 250. These 250 people, taken from the district of Santa Barbara, were then given a questionnaire to complete to determine whether any of them have any biased opinions on particular subjects.
During the day Michael again took time out to wave to his fans. He will be returning for the next step in the process of juror elimination on Monday, February 7th.
