Charity Gala in Berlin

Last night Michael attended a charity event in Berlin, Germany, after a day of private visits.

Michael is in Berlin to receive the Bambi 2002 media award for his lifetime achievement tonight. He donated the silver studded jacket which he wore at the awarding ceremony of the 29th American Music Awards to the auction.

The highest bid of $16,000 was made for the jacket, by German composer Ralf Siegel, and the funds raised from the auction will help German street children.
