Neverland Valley Museum Registered

Triumph International, the company which is in charge of intellectual property for Michael’s Estate, has filed documents registering the title ‘Neverland Ranch’ for multiple entertainment purposes. These include an “operating museum and providing guided tours of the museum.”

In addition to this, they have also registered for “non-downloadable musical performances, musical videos, film clips, photographs and other multimedia materials featuring music and/or visual representations of Michael Jackson”.

The location of the Michael memorial is unlikely to be located at Neverland Ranch, especially as it’s under private sale and also given the remarks John Branca, the co-executor of Michael’s Estate, gave last month to MJWN and others in New York. Therefore several locations are being considered including the Jackson family Estate in Encino.
