Prince’s Deposition

Prince’s deposition before the AEG Live trial was shown to jurors on Tuesday. During his testimony he said that Kai Chase’s testimony about Michael being too weak to climb the stairs of his home was incorrect.

Prince, aged 16, gave a deposition in March in which he relived the last days of his father. In it he denied claims that he had to carry Michael up the stairs of their Beverly Hills home as he was too weak to climb the stairs himself. Shaking his head, he said; “I wouldn’t be able to either, no.”
