Happy Birthday ‘Thriller!’

The news today is just full of the memory of Michael’s wonderful album ‘Thriller,’ which is the best-selling album in the history of music; a record never likely to be bettered.

The most in-depth tribute comes in the pages of billboard.com where, it is claimed, Michael almost single-handedly saved the music industry, and also brought black musicians into the spectrum of the national and even global music consciousness.

The article is lengthy and full of praise for Michael as the consummate musician, singer and performer, who not only wrote the music but worked tirelessly on the construction, orchestration and recording of each track, as well as the entire development of each of the short films each with its own instantly recognizable
