Conrad Murray’s defense team have placed Steve Robel, a Santa Barbara County Sheriffs’ investigator, on their list of defense witnesses for Conrad Murray, in his involuntary manslaughter case.
The team has also included a number of doctors who treated Michael, but did not care for him, on the day of his death. The defense will argue that dozens of doctors had addicted Michael to prescription meds, including Propofol, and they are largely responsible for the condition Michael was in, the day he died. The Prosecution also would like those doctors to be removed from the witness list.
As yet, Judge Pastor has not ruled on the motions.
