Joe Jackson Re-files Suit

Joe Jackson has re-filed his wrongful death suit against Conrad Murray, after two previous attempts were denied. This was because he mistakenly filed outside the California State Court; however, on this occasion he has filed in the LA County Superior Court.

He is accusing Conrad Murray of negligence, by administering the drug Propofol, which caused Michael’s death.
Mr Jackson is also suing Applied Pharmacy Services in Las Vegas, the firm who are alleged to have sold the drug to Conrad Murray.
