TV Competition

Tom Roche, who is 18 and from Hastings, is the leader of a dance group ‘This Time Around’ and he has taken part in a contest to find the dancer who most moves like Michael.  He is a Michael fan, but he was unsure about entering the competition although he’s now delighted to have reached the semi-finals of the BBC3’s contest.

Jermaine Jackson will be judging the dancers on December 13th, but the television programme won’t be televised until a later date.

Tom was inspired by watching Michael on You Tube and became part of a five strong group ‘This Time Around’ which came top in this year’s Hastings’ Got Talent. If he wins he will get the chance to perform at the official Michael Jackson tribute concert at the O2 Arena in London next year at a date yet to be confirmed.
