Madonna & Whitney May Not Appear

Jermaine Jackson and Shawn King, Larry King’s wife are co-ordinating the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in the Shoenbrunn Palace in Vienna, Austria which is due to take place in September.

It was announced by Shawn King’s spokesman Howard Rubenstein that Usher, Lionel Richie, Madonna and Whitney Houston were all confirmed as performers. Producer George Kindel from World Awards Media also confirmed that Madonna would appear. However, spokespersons for Madonna and Whitney have both denied that they are appearing. Madonna is still on tour at the time of the show, and Whitney’s aid is not aware of any such plan.

Over 85,000 tickets will go on sale on August 20th, and the show will be televised.
