Fans Memorial At Motown

Following Michael’s death on June 25th, hundreds of fans flocked to the Motown Hitsville Studios to pay their respects to him

They left flowers, cards, letters, photos and stuffed toys outside the Motown Museum in memory of Michael. Museum spokeswoman Sharon Banks says the Memorial is being dismantled today and will be taken at 10 a.m. Friday by two hearses donated by James H. Cole Home For Funerals to Woodlawn Cemetery.

Here there will be a short remembrance and a prayer, and all the items will be buried in two burial plots donated by Woodlawn.

Fans were invited to attend the ceremony.
