Court Date Set For Prescient Proceedings

Judge Kevin Caste has set June 18th, 2007 as the date to commence proceedings in the Prescient Acquisition Group’s case against Michael.

Owner Darien Dash says that Michael asked for his help to re-finance an outstanding bank loan of $272million and to secure a $537 million loan. Dash is now asserting that Michael owes him $48million for his company’s services.

Mr. L Londell McMillan, Michael’s attorney, reportedly told the New York Daily News that it is not certain if Michael will appear in the courtroom, and the odds are 60-40 in favour of the case going to trial. He also added; “Michael is not going to be hijacked by the threat of fraudulent claims.”
