The law firm of Ayscough & Marar, that worked for Michael during 2003, have won their case for payment of their fees.

The judge ruled in their favour after dismissing Michael’s countersuit and has now ruled that he must pay the firm $216,837 in fees and $39,177 in interest.

Michael’s lawyers have agreed to the judgement in principle.
