Michael is suing Brent Ayscough’s law firm for trying to force him into bankruptcy. In the latest development in this case, Ayscough’s lawyers have demanded that Michael must give a deposition of his evidence and the judge formerly agreed with them that Michael must appear in court in person.

The deposition is expected to be taken as soon as possible, maybe in Las Vegas.
