An Xtraordinary Documentary

BBC’s new radio station 1Xtra – A station dedicated to new black music, last month produced a series of programmes for their season of ‘Black History Month’.

On October 29th the programme specialised on Michael Jackson, creating a two-hour radio documentary on his life, profiling his success and reeling out past interviews with Michael and others close to him taken from the BBC archives. As well as all this they played exclusive live recordings from Michael’s 1992 ‘Dangerous’ Tour in Burcherest.
