Some Love and Joy

Last night’s programme ‘The Michael Jackson Interview – The Footage You Were Never Meant To See’ screened here in the UK, gave the viewers a revealing insight into the making of the documentary ‘Living with Michael Jackson’. Fans and the general public have now been given the opportunity to make up their own minds about Michael’s life. Few of us in our lifetimes, have had to face up to such public scrutiny as has Michael and the following quotes from the programme say much, in few words.

When asked the question; “Do you sometimes despair of human nature?”

Michael replies; “Yes, yes of course.”

He is then asked; “Can you ever do anything that’s right?”

“No, no, no, no, no! No matter what you do, there’s always somebody that will say something about it, they’re opinionated you know, no matter what. No matter how well, how good your intentions are there’s always some jerk or some mean spirited person that tries to bring you down. All you wanted to do was bring some love and some joy, you know – that’s all!”
