Michael Closes Deal With MDP and Music Box

Today, MDP Worldwide Entertainment Inc. released a Press Statement, about their agreement with Michael Jackson.

MONTREAL, QC and LOS ANGELES, CA, Aug. 6 /CNW/ – MDP Worldwide Entertainment Inc. (“MDP” or the “Company”) (Toronto Stock Exchange: MDP.A; MDP.B) and its principal shareholder, Limerick Assets Ltd. d/b/a Music Box Entertainment (“Music Box”) reported the closing of a “first look” motion picture production agreement with legendary entertainer Michael Jackson.

Mark Damon, Chairman and CEO of MDP announced that under the terms of the agreement, MDP and Music Box will have a first look option on all of Michael Jackson’s motion picture projects and will provide him with access to film development funds so as to facilitate the creative development of his various film projects. The closing of this transaction completes the Company’s previously announced negotiations with Michael Jackson.
