Shawn Trell’s testimony today, told the court that talks about Murray’s contract were between the doctor & AEG, and neither Michael nor his reps saw the drafts.
Emails shown to the jury today, showed that a lawyer for AEG Live called Michael a freak, on the very day he signed the contract, for the ‘This Is It’ concerts.
On day two of this case Los Angeles Police Department Detective Orlando Martinez continued his testimony and spoke of many discrepancies in Murray’s statements.
The 1st witness of the day was Richard Senneff, a paramedic, who was first at the scene of Michael’s death; he recapped the testimony he gave in Murray’s trial.
Brian Panish, told the jury that promoter AEG was so desperate to become No. 1 in the concert industry that they ruthlessly pushed MJ, regardless of his health.
Attorneys involved in the AEG Live Civil case, are already squabbling over details, including Michael’s earning power, and who pays for audio-visual equipment.
