Estate Tells Murray to Cease and Desist

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for The Estate of Michael Jackson, has written to Conrad Murray warning him to Cease and Desist speaking about Michael to the Press.

The Estate has made their communication with Murray public, and reveals how disgusting Murray’s behavior has been in his actions since he was released from prison.

The Estate warns him that any attempt to have his medical license re-instated in any jurisdiction will result in the Estate advising that body of Murray’s breaches of the physician/patient privilege  to honour that privilege and any continuing refusal to honour that privilege in connection with his treatment of Michael Jackson.
