Murray Appeals Again

Conrad Murray has lodged a second appeal against his conviction for Michael’s manslaughter. His prior appeal two months ago was denied as he was assessed as being a flight risk.

He has requested he be allowed to leave prison and serve the rest of his sentence at home, possibly wearing an electronic tag. In the appeal papers he stresses his belief that he was wrongly convicted.
