The Michael Jackson Estate has received permission from a judge to sell the Hayvenhurst mansion where Michael and the rest of the family lived for decades, and buy another home for Katherine and his children.

It seems the Estate doesn’t want to sell Hayvenhurst yet, because it is being extensively renovated; but the Estate now has the green light to proceed, whenever it chooses.

In addition the judge made another order, by allowing the executors to put $30 million in the Jackson Family Trust, for the benefit of Katherine, Michael’s children, and his charities.
