Jermaine At Planet Hollywood

Jermaine Jackson, reportedly wearing an old Jackson Five costume, performed a tribute to his late brother Michael, at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Hotel, in Las Vegas.

Michael’s children, Prince, Paris and Blanket were present at the show, during which Jermaine sang Michael’s classic songs to a packed house.

It seems Jermaine is legally allowed to cover Michael’s songs, but if he uses recorded footage to create and sell an album, DVD or TV Special, he would need to go through Michael’s Estate for permission.
