Mrs Jackson Sues AEG

A complaint was filed yesterday in Los Angeles by Katherine Jackson accusing AEG Live of failing to honour its agreement to provide Conrad Murray with life-saving equipment for Michael Jackson.

The suit says AEG Live is liable for the actions of Dr Conrad Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Michael’s death.

Katherine Jackson, who is the guardian of Michael’s three children, also sued on their behalf.

AEG spokesman Michael Roth says the company has not seen the lawsuit and had no immediate comment.

Katherine Jackson filed her lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court and is seeking unspecified damages.
