Joe Is Appealing!

In his appeal against a court’s decision to grant him no right to object to the executors of Michael will, Joe Jackson has accused the executors of acting fraudulently and embezzling money from Michael’s estate.

Brian Oxman, Mr Jackson’s lawyer, filed the papers, in which he alleges that he was denied “due process in not according him a hearing where he could present evidence of his standing.” Brian Oxman has also stated that he should be able to object to the decisions of the executors, as he was financially dependent on his son at the time of his death.

Mr Jackson was originally written out of Michael’s will.
