Michael’s father, Joseph Jackson, has withdrawn his request for a monthly stipend of $15,000 from Michael’s Estate, but the filing indicates he may renew his request for a stipend later if necessary.

Instead, he filed a lawsuit in Federal Court last Friday against Conrad Murray, the man charged with Michael’s involuntary manslaughter.
