David Ilan’s portrait of Michael is made entirely of single dots to form a wonderful image. Many, many thousands of fans have signed up to have their dot put in place by the artist David Ilan, whose brainchild this portrait was.

Alongside the fans, celebrities have also added their dots, and this week it was the turn of Dionne Warwick and her son.

Stuart Backerman, who worked as a spokesman for Michael in 2002 to 2004 has also joined the ranks of “dotters”.
