Bravado International, the official Michael Jackson merchandising company, has filed a suit in Los Angeles against Emoda.com for selling t-shirts with images of Michael without the permission of the Michael’s Estate.

They are demanding three times the site’s profits from the t-shirts and hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages say TMZ.
