Henry Leutwyler photographed the items which would have been auctioned by Julien’s Auction House, until the auction was cancelled. He has released a book of his photographs, some of which have already appeared in a Conde Nast Magazine without problem. It appears that the book, ‘Neverland Lost: A Portrait of Michael Jackson’ has raised problems with Julien’s Auctions and more seriously with Michael’s Estate Administrators. To preempt any action, Leutwyler has filed suit in the Manhattan Federal Court, claiming that the estate are trying to block the sales of his book, which is a ninety-six page hardback priced at $45 per copy.
